After the long winter spent on your trainer with the Rouvy app, spring is the perfect time to go out and ride a base mileage for building your fitness level for the whole cycling season. In the spring, the most effective training is in a group. That’s why we came up with this Spring Training Camp with Rouvy Specialized Cycling Team in Tuscany.
Spring in Tuscany is an ideal destination for cyclists, thanks to pleasant temperatures hovering around 15-25° C. and sunny weather. Gourmands and travelers will also be pleased with the fabulous insight into traditional Tuscan life: food, wine and culture.
